SHIPPING & HANDLING
Once your order is received, we will process and ship your order via UPS. We ship on business days within 24 hours of the completion of your order.
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States
We regret that at the present time that we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.
If your order is received and processed on a Business Day before 12 PM (noon), EST, we will ship your expedited order the same day via UPS Expedited Shipping. If an order is processed after 12 PM (noon) on Friday, or on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping charges are calculated on order totals during the order process. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $75.00 excluding tax.
Standard UPS (5-7 business days): Calculated by weight and distance via UPS on order form.
Free shipping for orders over $75
Expedited Shipping: Select "Rush Delivery" for an additional fee of $25.00.
We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.
After placing your order you will receive a web confirmation on your account that can be printed to your home computer. You will also receive confirmation by email.
Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the UPS Tracking information.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Bétèrre will accept returns on
products within 14 days of the receipt of your order. If you are dissatisfied for any reason,
contact us at email@example.com. We cannot refund your shipping and freight charges.
